This Privacy Policy describes how Mesmer Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with our in-house advertising management software (the “Application”). The Application is used solely by Mesmer Media to manage our own advertising campaigns through the Amazon Advertising API.
The Application is an internal tool. It is not offered to, distributed to, or used by any third party. It accesses only advertising accounts that we own and operate.
Through the Amazon Advertising API, the Application accesses advertising data belonging to our own Amazon Advertising account, including campaign structures, keywords, product targets, bids, budgets, and performance reports (impressions, clicks, spend, sales, and related metrics). This data pertains to our own advertising activity. The Application does not collect personal information about consumers, shoppers, or any individual end users.
Advertising data is used exclusively to create, review, optimize, and report on our own advertising campaigns. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
We do not sell, rent, or share advertising data with any third party. Data is accessed only by Mesmer Media personnel operating the Application on our behalf.
Any data retrieved by the Application is stored on systems we control and is protected by reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Access credentials (such as API tokens) are stored securely and are not exposed publicly.
We retain advertising data only as long as needed to manage and analyze our campaigns. We delete or archive data that is no longer needed for these purposes.
Our use of the Amazon Advertising API is subject to the Amazon Advertising API License Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and Data Protection Policy. This Application handles data in accordance with those requirements.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
